I have been a long time customer of Coleman Heating, we had a Heat Pump/Gas Furnace combo installed. Though on occasion it has been hard to interact with the customer service, Coleman Heating has always worked hard to do the right thing for our family and home. If you want a fair honest price for HVAC products and services, and installations done by Technicians with years of experience, trust Coleman Heating. We did and we are happy that we made that choice.
We had occasion to call for a repairman recently, as our furnace had stopped working. The gentleman that arrived at our door was one of the most congenial, pleasant and knowlegable service persons we have had the privilege of meeting for quite some time.
His name is Jeff, but unfortunately we did not get his last name. Please know that you have a very satisfied and happy customer, and would appreciate you letting Jeff know how grateful we are for what he did for us. “Above and beyond” are the words that come to mind. Your company is fortunate indeed to have someone like Jeff in your employ.
